    A Quick Synopsis of My Story

    For the first 45 years of my life, I followed the traditional path of school, higher
    education, career, marriage and family.  Several bumps along the way slowly
    brought the awakening process to my awareness, until finally, I got it.  Through
    inner work, diligent study and an openness to the clues strewn along the way, I began to walk
    on a different path.  

    Instead of assuming that "this was all there was," I woke up to the fact that I am a creative,
    spiritual being living on earth to experience my physical self.  God gave me the ability to be a co-
    creator with him - that is how God gets to experience himself in a three dimensional world!  He
    actually needs me to listen to his guidance and to rely solely on him for support in all areas of
    my life!  Amazing!

    Once this realization hit me, it changed everything.  The "bad" events that I had tucked away
    were not "good" or "bad."  They were experiences that I created so I would learn something
    about myself.  The "good" things had the same message - I learned something from each
    experience.  Instead of asking, "why does this keep happening to me?" I began asking, "What
    can I learn from this experience?"  And the answers that flowed from the second question have
    lead me to this point in my life, where I feel I have a spiritual message to share.

    Dance with the Divine has been an ongoing project since early 2009.  It was written in spurts,
    taking many months to complete, as new insights and revelations came to me.  I incorporated
    these new messages into the context of the story, which adds multiple layers of depth and
    texture for the reader.  The spiritual truths contained in the book are taught gently, and they are
    reinforced by the accompanying fictional story.  Once grasped, the spiritual knowledge and
    awareness allows you to create the life you want, instead of being at the mercy of what comes
    your way.

    All it takes is a willingness to be open to the possibility of something more...something great that
    is lying dormant inside of you.  We all have something eternal inside of us - isn't it your time to
    wake up to that spiritual potential in you?  When you have glimpsed it, you will discover that you
    have taken the first step in your own dance with the Divine.
