In the last decade, comic book heroes have transitioned to the movie screen. Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Ironman, and Wonder Woman have become 3-dimensional. Each hero has a super power that he or she uses to save the world. Their personal discovery of that super power defined their life mission and purpose.
Do you know your super power?
If you are a woman reading this post, the answer to this question may be elusive. You are so busy living up to the cultural standards of being a woman that you may not have taken the time to learn more about yourself.
Isn’t it time to turned your energy, focus and attention on diving into who you are? Why not set an intention to discover more about you so you can show up in the world differently?
You can see the results of ignoring your self-care. It’s all around us in our culture. It even shows up in the list of Super Heroes. 4 men and 1 woman.
Let’s disrupt the cultural messages of a “good wife, mother, daughter, sister or friend” and step into our own super powers.
I have a challenge to all the women of the world. Discover your super powers in 21 days and show up as powerful, competent and confident.
It’s the 21-Day Heart Dancing Challenge. In just 15 minutes a day, connect to more of your essence, communicate authentically and create deliberately. At the end of the 3 weeks, you will be more aware, more awake and more of you.
The end result is that you show up in the world as a different person. The ripple effect of your change will move those around you to shift and change. You no longer play games, and the people in your life adjust or leave. As you grow more into yourself, there is no force on earth that can stop that evolution (including sexual harassment).
In this bridge time between the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, learn more about yourself, your value and your place in the world. When you empower yourself, you change the world. Please join me!
